Stress Free Launching with Amanda Frances

Uncategorized Mar 23, 2020

I asked her some of the key questions I get asked all of the time. Amanda’s energy is so different to my own. A lot of my business is strategy-based, so it’s really cool to give you guys a different perspective.

How do you approach wanting to be abundant in Network Marketing when it feels like a saturated market and there's not enough people to sell to?

Network Marketing is awesome in the sense that you are a business owner and you can create this business based on you!

When I have network marketers in my course, I teach them the same things I teach other business owners:

YOU are the brand.

Not just your company or your product. Most successful network marketers share their personalities, their ideas, their lives, their belief systems, what’s making them successful with their audiences, which is similar content marketing to me.

I do all of these practical things - post on YouTube, host a podcast, be on podcasts, send emails daily, post on instagram, and I do them with heart. None of it works if you don’t believe it’s working, or you don’t believe in it or you don't believe in yourself

My combination of practical action and energetic belief is get out there, be the real you, be unapologetic, love your product but also love yourself. Give the world heart. When you share authentically from your heart, you put a lot of power behind your strategy.

How do you deal with the fear of what if they can’t afford me or what if I’m charging too much?

First of all, Amanda firmly believes that there are clients at every price point.

She has everything from $7 offers to $100,000 coaching packages. Some people will only buy high-end.

There are clients at every price point low, mid and high. That’s the truth. And it will always be the case.

Second thing, you don’t price yourself to cater to people, especially if we’re talking about 1:1 level or masterminds.

You price yourself to give people the opportunity to raise up and meet you.

So when it comes to anything high-end if should be a little uncomfortable, it should be a little “holy fuck am I really investing in this way” because I want the people to invest in me and to make the commitment and show up. I've always felt that. I felt that when my package was $3,000 and I felt that when it’s $100,000. Come up here and meet me. Work with me. Invest in yourself.

Here’s your permission to charge that amount.

How do you tackle the fear around investing and thoughts of “what if I never make the money back?”

You have to decide that you got what you were meant to get out of it the second you paid the money.

For me, if I feel drawn to the product, I don't ask a lot of questions, I don't analyse every single thing or wonder if I'll make every call. The minute I invest I feel like I have everything I need, just from the act of following my heart. That is enough for me.

Sometimes the miracle is you believing enough to follow your heart. Sometimes the miracle is in a session or the call, or sometimes it comes with a facebook comment that comes with people in the course. It doesn’t matter. You just have to trust yourself and sign up.

Sometimes I have everything I need just from that first call.

We need to stop acting like one course or one coach or one program will save us. Because we’re saving ourselves every damn day - us, our belief system, our intention and our manifestation are saving us every day. We are our own power.

So I don't take my power off me and put it on a coach or on a program.

I believe my courses are powerful and many can attest that it has changed their lives, but it’s not because of me. It’s because of them. It’s because they showed up and it’s because of how they bring their own power.

So why are we acting like our coach is God? It’s insanity.

What’s your philosophy when launching?

When I first started in this industry, most people only launched once a year. I decided I would launch once a quarter, thinking that was being outrageous. Then I met Katrina Ruth and she was launching once a day, multiple offers and products. I couldn’t keep up.

In the industry it was like my cart is open, so that means I can’t go out for dinner, I can't leave my house. Then the cart closes and life can return to normal.

Kat launched all the time without changing her lifestyle and I thought to myself, I’m going to launch all the time and still have the exact same life.

So nothing changes in my life whether I’m launching or not… The idea that I’m launching and now I must be very stressed is a lie.

So if I live a happy life all the time, which I do

And launching isn’t hard, which it isn’t

And selling isn’t hard, which it’s not

And all selling is is giving people an opportunity to do a thing with me, which is all it is

So then the only thing that changes is just writing emails and social media posts about the launch rather than inspirational stuff. But otherwise, nothing changes.

So if nothing changes why should it be hard or scary?

I don’t feel like I'm in a special flow when I'm launching. I’m in the same flow. It’s one flow all the time.

And yes, I've done a few launches, maybe 30 or 40 six-figure launches. But I got comfortable launching because I stopped telling myself it was hard and scary not the other way around.

Do you ever have a fear that the launch you’re going into doesn’t live up to the expectation or the hype of previous launches?

No, because you just launch again.

I think that's why I don’t put any pressure on myself to have a six-figure launch or a $50,000 launch because I’m in the mindset that you just launch again.

You’ll just sell something else later.

It's not that I sell more of lower cost or sell more of higher cost, it’s all across the board based on the product, my belief in it, based on what intention I hold.

So some things I just launch without really thinking about and it doesn’t mean they don’t mean something to me, they do. But something I'm very much moved by the vibe and the energy of knowing that this is the time to put it out there.

So if you’re learning how to hold space for a new amount of people or a new amount of money - I do very much set my energy and focus on the feeling of already having “the thing”. Which is basically just manifestation.

Manifestation is the way you vibrate, the energy you hold in your field and in your being is a match for something in the outside world. So your inner state is drawing things in from your outer experience.

When I decide I'm jumping into a new level or a new income, I feel the feelings of already having that thing and bringing in the sense of satisfaction of it already being done.

Some people can bring this in with visualisation or words. Whether it’s speaking things like “holy shit I just had another seven-figure launch and it was so quick, easy, the right people came in, I’m so excited to support these people, they’re doing so well and they’re getting great information.

You can say it or you journal it - whichever is more powerful for you!

A visualisation from my new book that you can do right now:

Visualise you’re sitting in a big comfy chair and your phone is just having a ping notification after ping notification after ping notification, lighting up because you have new people join your course and payments rolling into your bank account.

That’s a fun one if you’ve ever had that.

If I’m intending to create something new, I'm bringing my mind and my thoughts and my emotions back to focus and direct my energy into that ONE thing.

This is something I probably do that a few times a day - bring my energy back to that thing and hold it there for a few minutes.
