With the Content That Connects 3 Day Free Challenge approaching in just a few days, I was thinking long and hard about what, aside from having a good content strategy, helps make content even more powerful 

The biggest thing is the ability to get in the head of the person you’re creating content for and speaking to. Oftentimes the person we’re speaking to is who we were at some point in the past.. But when we’re in a different spot than the version of who we were months or even YEARS ago… how can we get into the head of that person?

For me, the power of music really allows me to “get into my feels” and the FEELINGS are what bring out the power in my content. I feel my strength as a content creator is not because I can write the best or always know the best things to say… it’s that I use the tools to give myself the edge of getting in the head of who I’m writing for

So I wanted to put together a playlist of the songs that have made the biggest impact on my content creation because I hope it can serve you the same as it did me. Focused content creation doesn’t have to take forever if you allow yourself to get in flow

When I find a song I connect to, I’m the type of person who listens to it on repeat over and over again. A lot of these I’d listen to while I’d conceptualize ideas while driving in my car.

Be Still by The Fray was my song when I started to write my BOOK! (GASP!!!!!)

Numb/Encore & Started From The Bottom were the songs I had on repeat when I created my newest coaching program, Surefire CEO
