CREATING FOMO ABOUT YOUR OFFER

So you opened your challenge group and you want  it to be the most irresistible offer to ever hit the ‘gram! How can you do it?

FOMO.. is Fear Of Missing Out and it is a feeling I’m SURE you’ve experienced before.

How can you capitalize on FOMO to get people off the fence and into your programs?

In this episode of the Stop The Hey Girl Podcast Shannon of The Social Bungalow we talked about her top strategies in the online marketing space!

INCREASING AFFINITY: 

When someone purchases something from you, someone’s loyalty and affinity for you increases 3 fold! This is exactly why it’s okay to give away so much of your stuff for free.

You have allowed someone to understand something in theory (from your free content) and now  they are problem aware and product aware - that is the point in which people will purchase.

DECIDING ON BONUSES FOR YOUR PROGRAMS:

Bonuses get people off the fence and entice them. There is a belief that doing a bonus that has a “first X amount of people” goes over well but this isn’t true! Your audience believes that the X amount of people convert effortlessly and now that they’re getting around to purchasing it and now they feel that they’ve lost and are subconsciously resentful towards you. 

MASTER BONUS STRATEGY:

Have 2 bonuses inside your master bonus

At the beginning, and lead with the most exciting one.

After the big one falls off, focus on the second one that has been there the entire time but now you have fodder to talk about during the “launch slump”

MID LAUNCH SLUMP:

How can we get people excited? 

All of the work leading up to your launch is how you get people excited. The 6 months before a launch is when you loyalize your tribe.

-What can you do to educate your audience to believe what’s possible so when it comes time to purchase this offer they already believe?

- What skills do they need to have to be qualified for this offer?

- What do they need to have asset wise to hit the ground running?

PREPARING YOUR AUDIENCE FOR YOUR OFFER LAUNCH

Example: if I'm releasing a course about live launching, I need people to believe that it is possible to make 6 figures from a live launch done the right way. Social proof and case studies showing people what is possible. 

The next thing I will do is a masterclass to show them what they need to do to map out their course that they will be using said launch to sell. Even though I am covering part of the masterclass in my course, when they purchase their affinity has increased and now they have belief, the plan and skills to be ready for my program.

ENTRY TO ANCHOR

You have 3 slices of your audience at all times, even if you help beginners. There are beginners, intermediate and advanced levels in that group. 

You need a product at the entry point to graduate to intermediate to graduate to advanced. 

This allows you to increase the lifetime value of a customer because you’ve taken care of them at each point. 

You want to make sure your offers compliment each other,  not compete with each other.
